SIMMONS, PERRINE, ALBRIGHT & ELLWOOD MERIT SCHOLARSHIP FUND
At Simmons Perrine Moyer Bergman we believe that investing in a better future means investing in students. The Simmons, Perrine, Albright & Ellwood Merit Scholarship Fund was established in 1988 through the generosity of our law partners, namely the estate of Irene H. Perrine, Justin and Mildred C. Albright, William P. Ellwood, and Robert C. Tilden. Today, our firm continues to make additional contributions to the Fund. The intent is to enhance the ability of the University of Iowa College of Law to attract and support the best and brightest students from the State of Iowa and to encourage them to practice law within the State of Iowa. An annual scholarship is awarded to law students who are native to Iowa, with outstanding academic credentials and character, as well as enthusiasm for the practice of law.
