Simmons Perrine Moyer Bergman PLC counsels municipalities on the issues and operations that face city councils and administrative boards and commissions. Our firm currently represents the cities of Hiawatha, Fairfax, Ely, Walker, and Mount Vernon on a full time basis and is assisting the City of North Liberty with a large annexation contested by the City of Coralville. We have counseled other cities on individual matters that required specialized services. We represented the Iowa Association of Regional Councils of Government, updating its Model Code of Ordinances and conducting its annual seminar.
